These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CommissionCheck Chrome Extension ("Extension") and our website `commissioncheck.cloud` ("Website"). By using our Website or Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
CommissionCheck provides a local, browser-based analytics extension that calculates public Amazon product metadata (such as available Empty Video Slots (EVS), sales velocity ranges, and category commission payouts) directly within your browser window. These metrics are compiled into injected data boxes and summary tables on Amazon listings, storefronts, and cart structures to facilitate seller and influencer research.
Limitation of Service: Because the Extension functions by parsing the document structure of Amazon.com, we make no guarantee regarding the absolute accuracy, uninterrupted uptime, or lifelong compatibility of our tools with Amazon's dynamic layouts. Amazon's page layouts are controlled entirely by Amazon.com and may change without notice, which may require temporary downtime while we update the parsing rules.
2. Merchant of Record Disclosure
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you purchase a Pro License on our site, you agree to be bound by Paddle's checkout terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. All billing transactions, card details, secure checkouts, and invoicing are handled directly by Paddle.com.
3. License Grant and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Extension for personal, non-commercial research purposes. You agree not to:
- Modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Extension or its backend APIs.
- Use automated scripts, scraper engines, or programmatic query bots to extract data from our backend processors.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass licensing activation or feature blocks in the software.
4. Pricing and License Terms
The core browser extension features are provided for free. The advanced features (including the Storefront Summary Table and the Order History Summary Table) require the purchase of a Pro License. All license prices are listed clearly on our pricing page and are billed as a one-time lifetime license fee. No recurring monthly fees apply unless clearly stated during checkout.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We provide a **7-day money-back guarantee** on all Pro License purchases. If the advanced tracking features do not meet your professional research requirements, you may contact Paddle.com support or email us at admin@commissioncheck.cloud within 7 days of purchase to obtain a full, frictionless refund. All refunds are processed and dispersed by our reseller, Paddle.com, to your original payment method.

THE SERVICE AND EXTENSION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL PERFORM SECURELY, UNINTERRUPTED, OR PERFECTLY STABLE UNDER ALL BROWSER SETTINGS AND AMAZON PAGE UPDATES.
