We stand behind the quality and value of our Pro features (including the advanced Storefront Summary Table and the Order History Summary Table). We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Pro Lifetime License purchases.

3. Payment Reseller Disclosure

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee window, you can use either of the following methods:
- Method A: Contact our support team directly by emailing admin@commissioncheck.cloud. Include your purchase email address and order reference number, and we will immediately authorize the refund via Paddle's merchant system.
- Method B: Contact Paddle.com customer support directly at their help center with your order invoice reference to request a refund.
Once a refund is approved, Paddle.com will return the purchase amount to your original payment method. Please note that banks and card issuers typically take 3 to 5 business days to reflect the refund transaction on your statement.
